Starting Feb. 1 all 5:15-6:45 practices and Saturday practices will be closed to parents, guardians, and family members who aren't participating in the practice scheduled for that time. The lobby is not uncomfortable.

While this may seem humorous, there have been several reports of "excessive" nudity in the locker rooms. Please advise your swimmers to shower and change quickly in the locker room. It's not a place to loiter.  

Please do not attempt to communicate with coaches during swim practice. They may approach you seeking important information, but it's a significant distraction to the coach and the other swimmers when a parent interrupts the beginning, middle or end of practice. Please send emails or text messages to the relevant coach.
