Regionals

• Regionals session schedules have been updated and posted.
• The meet has been posted in MeetMobile.
• Timing shifts will be available for sign-up tonight(Wed.) at 7 PM.
• No practice this Friday the 11th and the Monday after Regionals, Feb. 14. The pool will be open for lap swimming.

Practice Schedule

As we approach March and our three championship meets, the 13 high school swimmers will be returning to the weekly practice schedule. The Spinners group has their last practice February 17. Swimmers will be assigned to a specific practice schedule based on Silvers participation, training capacity, social grouping, and the roll of a die. Just kidding. Kind of. The practice schedule will get rewritten to address the needs and health of the team. The new practice schedule will go into effect February 21.
