This message is only for swimmers who are currently or have been previously registered for USA Swimming:

On September 1, 2022 USA Swimming will launch a new registration platform for all USA Swimming members. All USA Swimming members (athletes and non-athletes) will register, and pay for, their USA Swimming membership through their own individual USA Swimming accounts. The old system of having a separate login for the USA Swimming website and DECK PASS will go away. (YEAH) Everyone will now have one username and password that will give you access to your new USA Swimming account. On September 1 USA Swimming will also roll out a new USA Swimming App that you will use on your phone, with the same login information, which can be used to see everything you will see on your computer. You can register, pay, and see your full deck pass all in the one app. What do you need to do now and how will this work?

• On September 1 you will receive an email from USA Swimming with the link to set up your new USA Swimming account. At this time you will only have access to set up your new account. Use a personal email address and follow their instructions. You will link all of your personal information and history into this new account.
• Anyone who has a current 2022 membership will not renew and pay until the end of the year. 
• Gone are all old USA Swimming ID's that include the date of birth. Each member will receive a new, randomly generated ID, when you create your new account.
• All members must set up a new account at this time. Once this new account is created, you will not have to complete this step in future years. This is only relevant this year with the brand new system.
• When your club wants you to register for your 2023 USA Swimming membership they will email you a club-specific registration link. You will use this link to get access to your club-specific registration portal.
• All registration information will come directly from your club.
• DO NOT SHARE YOUR CLUB REGISTRATION LINK WITH ANYONE. That is for the Club Administrators to send out and not a link to be shared.
• When you register through USA Swimming you will pay your annual membership fee directly to USA Swimming using a credit card or ACH transfer.
• All transfers must still be requested through the jotform on the New England Swimming website.
