It's official. Sunday's 12 & Unders meet will be held at UVAC rather than Colby-Sawyer College, with an 11:00 warm-up start time rather than 9:10. The Saturday night/Sunday snow predictions mean we feel it's better to move the meet to UVAC and make that decision now rather than waiting to see how the predictions and reality change. We recognize this decision means some swimmers and teams may elect not to come. But we feel overall this is safer for the confidence of the facility being open (Colby-Sawyer has a higher likelihood to close Sunday morning as students are away on break) and safer road conditions for those families wishing to travel, plus making the decision now provides more time to communicate with teams and families. In terms of entry fees - we will hold off determining final team fees until after the meet. We will only charge teams for swimmers who actually show up. All full meet scratches and no shows will not be charged any entry fees. On that note - please encourage families to notify you if they do not plan on attending the meet.
