Welcome to the 2024-25 Keene YMCA Dolphins Short Course Season! Things will be a little different this year. These differences will be first shared at the Season Kickoff Potluck BBQ at Lake Spofford, September 8. Check the event Calendar for more information on that. Practice start dates for each practice group are in the Practice Schedule. Most of this year's meets are already scheduled.

The weekly practice schedule will look like this:

Clinics will be dynamically assigned to Juniors & Seniors depending on individual and group needs. They are intended and will be assigned to those swimmers desiring more from the program.

Spinners—October 1–March 23
Tuesday & Thursday–4:30-5:30

Strypers—October 1–March 23
Tuesday & Thursday–5:30-6:30

Duskys—September 23–March 23
Monday, Wednesday, Friday–4:30-5:30

Juniors & Seniors—September 9–March 23
M,W,F–5:30-7:00

• Clinics T,Th–5:30-6:30 & 6:30-7:30

Participants can only register for this program here on SwimTopia. You may not register for this program at the front desk of the YMCA. Your swimmer can’t attend the first practice until you have made a payment and registered.
