    Next Week's Schedule

    Our pool needs a critical piece of equipment repaired. We're not sure how long this is going to take. Probably less than a week. So, we're going to focus on stretching, Kinetix, and alternative types of cardio; stationary bikes, ergs, treadmills, and a couple of short hikes in the hills behind the Y. Swimmers are required to bring shorts, t-shirts and running shoes.

    The schedule will look like this and will remain in effect until the pool opens when we'll return immediately to the standard practice schedule.
