Hi everyone,

With today’s practice canceled and a big meet coming up this weekend—many swimmers’ first time at UVAC!—I will be holding a combined Spinners/Strypers makeup practice tomorrow for swimmers who are attending the meet. We’ll focus on key skills to help everyone feel prepared.

I’d love to include all swimmers, but due to limited lane space and the size of both groups (24 athletes total!), I can only offer this session to those competing this weekend. The practice will take place tomorrow (Wednesday, 12/3) from 5:30–6:45 PM.

I completely understand if you’re unable to attend, but I wanted to provide an opportunity for those who can make it.
