Illness and a staff training have complicated things for tonight's practice. The Silver and Gold group have an optional, open practice from 5:30-7 today.

Reminder: Today is a recovery day. No practice.

Sorry for the last minute notification. The Silver group will not have Kinetix today, Monday, Nov. 3. Regularly scheduled swimming will happen at 5:30.

Sorry about the last minute notice, but I anticipated my buddy's oral surgery to take longer- I won't be in today so I can tend to things at home.

The Silver group will practice with the Gold group on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-7:30pm, from October 13–23. (They will not practice from 4:30-5:30 on those days.)
Note: There is no practice on October 24.

Hi everyone-

Unfortunately, I have been informed that Tuesday, October 7th is an open house at my school that is mandatory for me to attend (for those who don't know, I am also a teacher). Regrettably, I need to cancel Tuesday evening practices for both the Spinners and the Strypers…

The lap pool is 90 degrees. Unsafe for swim practice-level exertion. 

Strypers first day will now be Thursday! 

Silver is cancelled today. 

Gold group will have Kinetix from 4:30-5:30.
