Registering for the Keene YMCA Dolphins Swim Team is a multi-part process. Your child cannot just show up and start swimming. The information in the registration form is required. The first swim team payment for the season is required. There are legal issues requiring completion of the registration process.

1. Your child must be a member of the Keene YMCA. This process is conducted at the front desk of the Keene YMCA.
2. After receiving the blessing of either Coach Megan or Coach Pedr, you will be sent an invitation to join SwimTopia. Once you are able to log in to the SwimTopia ecosystem you will be able to navigate to the available online registration forms.

There are many sections in the SwimTopia registration section. Completing the registration is required in order for your swimmer to attend their first practice. When you have finished the SwimTopia registration you will receive a confirmation email with instructions about how to pay your swimmer's team fee or the first payment of this fee. This payment is required before your swimmer shows up on the pool deck for their first practice. This payment cannot be made at the front desk of the YMCA.

The program's total fee will be spread into monthly payments if you opt to have the fee automatically withdrawn from your YMCA EBT account. You must give this check to Morgan Allard, the Aquatics Director. Your swimmer can’t practice until you have made a payment.
